Return Policy

Unique Style Solutions, Inc. If the unit is defective we will have an identical replacement item sent to you upon the return of the defective product to us if required. Unique Style Solutions, Inc. reserve the right to either have a product considered damaged beyond repair and have the shipping company pick the product up, or to have replacement parts sent. The replacement parts will be shipped at our expense by standard ground freight.

We cannot take back furniture product that has been assembled:
You are responsible for return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee which could be more depending on the condition of the return. We do not credit the original shipping charge. If product shows free ground freight we will deduct the shipping charge from the total and it will not be credited. You are responsible for making the return shipping arrangements. Please note that a lot of our larger products ship by freight truck and cannot shipped back by standard UPS or FedEx, but have to be shipped by a
common carrier freight truck company. No duct tape on the box, clear shipping tape only on returns. It has to be in the original box with the original packing.

Return Authorization:
Unique Style Solutions, Inc. does require that you use a return authorization number when returning any items back to us. All returns must be original packaging. You can email us returns@uniquestylesolutions.com or call us at 866-372-7902 for an RMA number.

No return sent COD will be accepted:
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and will be shipped back prepaid.

Custom order items cannot be canceled, once the order is placed.

Wood Color or Finishes:
Due to variable displays and settings on monitors we cannot guarantee and are not responsible the wood color or finishes that are displayed on your monitor.

Not home to receive ordered products or refused deliveries:
UPS or FedEx will usually try three times to make a delivery, they will leave a note on the 1st delivery attempt at the shipping address to notify a delivery attempt. It is your responsibility to be home or contact the shipping company to setup delivery. If product is returned back to us from a failed or a refused delivery. You are responsible for return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee some warehouse require a even higher stocking fee that you would have to pay.

Freight Companies are not required to deliver inside the home/Apt:
Freight quotes received form Unique Style Solutions, Inc. do not included freight truck lines to make deliveries inside the physical house.
Common carrier freight truck quotes from Unique Style Solutions, Inc. are considered curb side service delivery. At your request we can make arrangements with the freight truck lines for delivery to the door or inside the home or apartment at an extra charge.

Important Notice:
Freight Truck Deliveries
(Freight Companies like FedEx Freight, R &L, Southeastern, ect...): It is your responsibility to check shipments before you sign for the product. Once the product is signed for there is little we can do if the product is damaged. Even if the box is damaged but the contents appears okay, you should have the driver make a notation on the receivers sheet before you sign for it. Once the box is signed for the package is yours and without the notation there is little we can do. If you sign for it and the contents of your package/shipment is actually damaged you will have to file a claim with the freight company if there isn't any notation on the receivers sheet. If there is any damage to the packaging what so every even if it looks minor it needs to be put on the receivers sheet before it is signed for. Please keep the original packing for inspection. If the item is damaged inside of the packaging please refuses the order and we will send another order out to you. Please call us if a shipment has been refused. The freight company will give you a call when the delivery is in your area to setup a delivery time with you.

You are Responsibility for Inspection of Common Carrier (Freight Truck) Shipments:
Unique Style Solutions, Inc. shall not accept as a return any product for which a damage claim against such carrier shall arise wherein such damage was not noted on the carriers delivery receipt at the time of delivery. 

Please Note: We will require pictures of delivered damaged items before we can start a the replacement or repair process.

UPS or FedEx Shipping and Freight Truck Shipping Damages:
Please open packages as soon as you receive them.

With any shipping damaged we must be notified promptly of any damage or defects within 3 days of arrival of the package for UPS or FedEx - for truck freight companies including FedEx Freight and UPS Freight within 24 hours of arrival. We will need to know the exact nature of the shipping damage or defects. In some cases you might have to call the shipping company to initiate the pickup of the damaged product especially if you have signed for the package or if it was left at your door. We retain the right to have the defective or damaged part replaced at no extra cost to you.
You must retain the original packing for inspection.

Unique Style Solutions, Inc. reserve the right to either have a product considered damaged beyond repair the shipping company can pick the product and replacement sent. If item is repairable we reserve the right to have the item repaired on site by a qualified repair person and / or to have replacement parts sent (like glass, stone tiles, shelves ect...). The replacement parts will be shipped at our expense by standard ground freight.

Replacement of Shipping Damaged Products:
If product is damaged in shipment, we can have the product repaired or replacement if damage (per our manufacture decision) if it is beyond repair replacement product will be shipped once the damaged claim has been made and when the shipper notifies us that it has been picked up and is in fact damaged due to shipping. This process can take 5-10 business days.

Customers are required to have the item properly packaged incase of returning product or we are having the items picked up - So keep original packaging.

Return products that is missing accessories or original packaging will occur a higher restock charge.

Italian colored glass pieces are considered custom and are not returnable.

Some warehouses we ship out of do not take returns and items are not returnable.

Grace Manufacturing Wrought Iron Products
Grace Iron Furnishings are custom made and ships in 10-15 business days orders are not returnable. Orders canceled before the product ships will be refunded only 60% of the product cost. On Grace defective or damaged shipments the above policies apply.
