Shipping
you
will get the total before you enter your credit card information. Unless
that item is marked with a freight quote shipping link. If an order does
not show the freight charge (and you have not received a freight quote)
we will e-mail you with your total for your okay. We will not ship
the order and we will not charged to your credit card unless we
get an e-mail with your approval for any extra charges.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
is not included in the free ground freight, they have to ship by air. A
price quote will be e-mailed to you on all shipments going to Alaska or
Hawaii. We will not charge your credit card until we receive back a go
ahead and ship reply.
Some Assembly Might be
Required:
Some of the furniture products we sell might require some assemble, this
does not cheapen the furniture in anyway that we sell. But makes them
more affordable to the customer because of the saving on repacking and
shipping cost. It you have any questions on a product if it requires
assemble or not you can call us toll free at 866-372-7902 to find out,
or e-mail us at
info@uniquestylesolutions.com. The manufactures we deal with are
very good about providing instructions and are able to be called if help
is needed.
Large oversized Items will be shipped by
a Freight Truck Service.
Freight Companies
are not required to deliver inside the home/Apt:
Freight quotes received form Unique Style Solutions, Inc. do not included
freight truck lines to make deliveries inside the physical house.
Freight quotes do not include the use of a lift gate truck, which could
add some to the price if required. Free Freight and Freight quotes are considered curb side service. This also applies to free freight orders that
are delivered by freight truck.
White Glove Service: At
your request we can prepare a quote for a white glove delivery service
for you, where your shipment will be brought into your house and setup
for you, then the packaging will be taken away.
The only furniture on our
web site that already includes the white glove service in the shown
price is our Motorized Lift Cabinets, all other furniture will need a
white glove shipping quote from us.
Important
Notice:
Freight Truck Deliveries (Freight Companies like
FedEx Freight, Yellow, Watkins,
Southeastern, Roadway ect...): It is your responsibility to check
shipments before you sign for the product. Once the product is signed
for there is little we can do if the product is damaged. Even if the box is damaged but the
contents appears okay, you should have the driver make a notation on the
receivers sheet before you sign for it. Once the box is signed for the
package is yours and without the notation there is little we can do. If
you sign for it and the contents of your package is actually damaged you will have to
file a claim with the freight company if there isn't any notation on the
receivers sheet. Please keep the original packing for inspection. If the item is damaged inside of the
packaging please refuses the order and we will send another order out to
you. Please call us if a shipment has been refused. The freight company will give you a call when the delivery is in
your area to setup a delivery time with you.
Oversized items are
shipped by freight truck will not be figured into the final cost. On
those item to large to go by UPS or FedEx there is a freight estimate
link on that product.
Please click on it add you zip code. We will then figure
your shipping cost and e-mail the price back to you once you receive the
quote if you like to you can then order that item online we will match
you name to the shipping quote of you can put the quote in the
"Special Instructions" box when you place your order.
UPS or FedEx Shipping
Damages: Please open packages as soon as you
receive them.
With any shipping damaged we
must be notified promptly of any damage or defects returns@uniquestylesolutions.com
(within 3 days of arrival of the package). We will need to know the
exact nature of the shipping
damage or defects. In some cases you might have to call the shipping
company to initiate the pick up of the damaged product especially if you
have signed for the package or if it was left at your door. We retain the right to have
the defective or damaged part replaced at no extra cost to you. You must retain the original
packing for inspection.
Unique Style
Solutions, Inc. reserve the right to either have a product considered damaged
beyond repair and have the shipping company pick the product up, or to
have replacement parts sent (like glass, shelves ect...). The
replacement parts will be shipped at our expense by standard ground
freight.
Remember, we only accept
"defective" (Return Policy)
unless and item is damaged by the shipper then we will replace that item
per Unique Style Solutions, Inc. Return Policy.
Fright Delivery Schedules:
All freight companies work a five day business delivery schedule.
Freight companies don't generally delivery on the weekends (without
extra cost). Shipping starts on the following day that order ships out.
For example if a product ships FedEx three day on Tuesday it should be
delivered on Friday. If the product ships on Wednesday it should be
delivered on Monday. This example also applies to UPS and Freight
Trucking companies. Updated
Pricing:
We try very hard to keep all of our pricing updated, in the event of a
price change or a misprint on our web site you will be notified before
your order is processed of the change. Grace Manufacturing Wrought Iron

Grace wrought iron
furnishings are custom made and ships in 3 - 6 weeks orders are not returnable. Orders canceled before the
product ships will be refunded only 60% of the product cost. On Grace
