It will not rust, dull in color, or fall apart. Base can be used inside or outside.

Being a natural stone the natural finish shade can very a little from stone to stone.

We want you to know that no Marine Life is damaged or disturbed during the hand made manufacturing process, since the quarry that the coral stone comes from is above ground at this point. (It was below sea level many, many years ago).
