The Coral Reef

Each aquarium features a hand-painted, detailed coral reef sculpture. Recognizing the necessity for preservation of our natural resources, we have created a beautiful and functional alternative to the living reef. In addition to creating an attractive and colorful focus, the reef provides fish with a natural looking and comfortable habitat to explore. Filtration
Each aquarium utilizes the latest technology in water filtration design. The internal multi-filter effectively replicates the natural processes of waste removal through mechanical, chemical and biological components, ensuring optimal water quality in your aquarium. The adjustable flow control allows you to regulate the water outlet to achieve a desired effect, while the air injection system provides proper oxygenation and gas exchange. Convenient filtration media cartridges are readily available, and can be purchased at your local aquarium systems dealer.

Lighting
Like any artistic masterpiece, lighting is an imperative component to enhancing true beauty. From highlighting the heavily detailed reef to accentuating the innate vibrant hues of each species, lighting plays an integral role in creating a mood. The lighting system used in all of our Ocean Treasures Collection^� aquariums is a power compact fluorescent light, which includes a 10- watt bulb. Positioned and mounted above the reef to avoid obstruction and shading, the compact system evenly deflects light throughout the tank and produces many brilliant glitter lines.
